Pink Ladder is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing educational and networking resources to professional African American women. The organization strives to uplift all women in their professional and personal lives through a combination of diverse programs and services.The women that are involved in Pink Ladder come from all walks of life, serve in many different industries and are at various stages in their careers. The one common goal is that Pink Ladder women want to reach the next rung of the ladder and the organization encourages women in these efforts. In essence, Pink Ladder was founded to give women the support they need to ascend to new heights, celebrate their successes and inspire others to do the same. Mission
